Ingredients
  

Cold Brew Coffee

  • cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • Ice to fill a tall glass

White Chocolate Strawberry Cold Foam

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate sauce

Optional Garnish

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Fresh strawberry slices

Instructions
 

  • Stir vanilla syrup into cold brew, then pour over ice in a tall glass.
  • In a jar or small glass, combine heavy cream, strawberry syrup, and white chocolate sauce.
  • Froth for 20–30 seconds until thick and creamy.
  • Gently spoon the foam over the cold brew.
  • Garnish with chocolate chips or fresh strawberries, then enjoy.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, use fresh puree instead of syrup.
  • If you don’t have a frother, you can shake the cream mixture vigorously in a sealed jar until foamy.
  • Serve immediately — the foam is fluffiest right after frothing
