Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte
Cinnamon Roll latte is a cozy iced coffee drink made with espresso, white chocolate sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, and cream cheese cold foam. It tastes like a freshly baked cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting.

For the Latte
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 tbsp white chocolate sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup milk
- pinch of salt
- ice
For the Cream Cheese Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- a light dusting of cinnamon, for topping
Brew two shots of espresso and pour into a glass.
Add white chocolate sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the sugar dissolves.
Pour in the milk and stir again.
Fill the glass with ice.

Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately.
- Homemade white chocolate sauce gives the best flavor.
