Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp toasted coconut syrup
  • ice if making an iced latte

Optional Toppings

  • whipped cream
  • toasted coconut flakes
  • coconut cold foam

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso.
  • Heat and froth milk.
  • Add toasted coconut syrup to a cup (use homemade for best flavor – see full recipe)
  • Pour in espresso and stir.
  • Add milk and foam.
  • Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut or coconut cold foam if using
