Ingredients

Marshmallow Whipped Cream

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1-2 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup

Frappuccino

  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1-2 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Marshmallow whipped cream

Instructions

  • Whip the heavy cream and toasted marshmallow syrup until soft peaks form. Refrigerate.
  • Blend the espresso, milk, toasted marshmallow syrup, vanilla syrup, xanthan gum, and ice until thick and smooth.
  • Add marshmallow whipped cream to the bottom of a tall glass. Make sure to leave enough whipped cream for topping.
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass.
  • Pour in the blended Frappuccino.
  • Top with more marshmallow whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle generously with crushed graham crackers.
  • Finish with another drizzle of chocolate sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chill the espresso completely before blending.
  • Xanthan gum helps create a thicker coffee shop-style texture but can be omitted.
  • For an even thicker drink, freeze the coffee into ice cubes before blending.
  • Add extra toasted marshmallow syrup if you prefer a sweeter Frappuccino.
