Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp pecan syrup
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the heavy cream, milk, pecan syrup, and salt to a tall glass or small measuring cup.
  • Froth with a handheld milk frother for 20 to 30 seconds, moving the frother slowly up and down.
  • Stop when the mixture has increased in volume and has a smooth, thick, but pourable texture.
  • Pour or spoon the pecan cold foam over one 12- to 16-ounce cold brew, iced coffee, iced latte, chai, or shaken espresso.

Notes

  • Keep all ingredients cold until you are ready to froth them.
  • Adjust the pecan syrup to suit the sweetness of the drink underneath.
  • To make it dairy-free, use 2 tablespoons plant-based heavy cream and 2 tablespoons full-fat oat milk.
