- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp pecan syrup
- pinch of salt
Add the heavy cream, milk, pecan syrup, and salt to a tall glass or small measuring cup. Froth with a handheld milk frother for 20 to 30 seconds, moving the frother slowly up and down.
Stop when the mixture has increased in volume and has a smooth, thick, but pourable texture.
Pour or spoon the pecan cold foam over one 12- to 16-ounce cold brew, iced coffee, iced latte, chai, or shaken espresso.
- Keep all ingredients cold until you are ready to froth them.
- Adjust the pecan syrup to suit the sweetness of the drink underneath.
- To make it dairy-free, use 2 tablespoons plant-based heavy cream and 2 tablespoons full-fat oat milk.
