Salted Maple Cold Foam

Salted maple cold foam is a creamy, slightly sweet cold foam made with real maple syrup and a pinch of salt. It adds a rich layer to iced coffee or cold brew and takes just a few minutes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ΒΌ cup milk I used whole milk
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add heavy cream and milk to a jar or frothing cup.
  • Add maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract if using.
  • Froth until thick and creamy.
  • Let it sit for a few seconds to smooth out.
  • Pour over iced coffee or cold brew and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use cold ingredients for best results.
  • Adjust maple syrup depending on sweetness preference.
  • Do not over-froth, or it will become too thick.
  • Best used immediately, but can be stored up to 24 hours in the fridge.
