This iced lavender oatmilk latte combines espresso, lavender syrup, oat milk, and ice for a creamy coffee drink with a light floral flavor. Top it with lavender cold foam for an extra layer of lavender flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 shots of espresso or ¼–½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¾ cup oatmilk
  • 1-2 tbsp lavender syrup store-bought or homemade—see note
  • Ice
  • Lavender cold foam, optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew the espresso or strong coffee, then stir in the lavender syrup until fully combined.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour the oat milk over the ice.
  • Slowly pour the espresso lavender mixture over the oat milk.
  • Optional: Top with lavender cold foam.
  • Stir before drinking.

Notes

  • Start with one tablespoon of lavender syrup, then add more after tasting. Lavender can become strong quickly.
  • Barista-style oat milk gives the latte a creamier texture.
  • For a layered drink, pour the espresso slowly over the back of a spoon.
  • You can use strongly brewed coffee instead of espresso, but the coffee flavor will be lighter.
