- ¾ cup oatmilk
- 1-2 tbsp lavender syrup store-bought or homemade—see note

Brew the espresso or strong coffee, then stir in the lavender syrup until fully combined. Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour the oat milk over the ice.
Slowly pour the espresso lavender mixture over the oat milk.
Optional: Top with lavender cold foam. Stir before drinking.
