- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ice
- coconut syrup, vanilla extract, toasted coconut flakes optional
In a bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Whip until thick and fluffy (2–5 minutes with mixer).
Fill a glass with ice and pour in coconut milk.
