Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ice
  • coconut syrup, vanilla extract, toasted coconut flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  • Whip until thick and fluffy (2–5 minutes with mixer).
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in coconut milk.
  • Spoon whipped coffee on top.
  • Stir before drinking and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use instant coffee only for proper texture
  • Adjust sweetness with coconut syrup or sugar level
