Brown Sugar Cold Foam
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp warm milk
- ½ cup cold whole milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional
Cold Brew
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1-2 tsp brown sugar syrup

Make the brown sugar syrup if you don't already have it. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and warm milk for the foam and stir until dissolved.
Make the brown sugar cold foam. Add cold milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt, then froth until thick and airy. Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour cold brew coffee over the ice. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons brown sugar syrup.
Spoon or pour the brown sugar cold foam over the coffee.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired and serve immediately
