Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 fresh strawberries, hulled, and chopped or 2 tablespoons strawberry puree or jam
  • 1 tsp sugar optional, depending on strawberry sweetness
  • ¾ milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1-2 shots espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
  • Optional: whipped cream, strawberry garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, simmer the strawberries with 1–2 tablespoons of water and sugar (if using) for 3–5 minutes, mashing as they soften. Strain if you want a smoother texture.
  • Heat milk in a small pot or microwave until hot but not boiling. Stir in white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  • Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  • In a mug, add strawberry puree, then pour in the white chocolate milk and stir gently.
  • Pour in espresso. Top with whipped cream or strawberry slices if desired.
  • Serve hot, or cool and pour over ice for an iced version.

  • Frozen strawberries can be used if fresh aren’t available—just thaw first.
  • Adjust sweetness to your liking with more or less sugar.
  • For iced, let each component cool a bit before assembling.
