- 3-4 fresh strawberries, hulled, and chopped or 2 tablespoons strawberry puree or jam
- 1 tsp sugar optional, depending on strawberry sweetness
- ¾ milk of choice
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1-2 shots espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
- Optional: whipped cream, strawberry garnish
In a small saucepan, simmer the strawberries with 1–2 tablespoons of water and sugar (if using) for 3–5 minutes, mashing as they soften. Strain if you want a smoother texture.
Heat milk in a small pot or microwave until hot but not boiling. Stir in white chocolate until melted and smooth.
Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
In a mug, add strawberry puree, then pour in the white chocolate milk and stir gently.
Pour in espresso. Top with whipped cream or strawberry slices if desired.
Serve hot, or cool and pour over ice for an iced version.
- Frozen strawberries can be used if fresh aren’t available—just thaw first.
- Adjust sweetness to your liking with more or less sugar.
- For iced, let each component cool a bit before assembling.
