Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
  • 1-2 tbsp white chocolate sauce
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ice for the iced version
  • whipped cream or cold foam optional topping

Instructions

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Stir in white chocolate sauce and maple syrup while hot.
  • Heat and froth milk (or use cold milk for iced version).
  • Pour milk into a glass or mug.
  • Add espresso mixture.
  • Top with whipped cream or cold foam if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of white chocolate.
  • Oat milk works really well with maple flavor.
  • Use pure maple syrup instead of pancake syrup. Pancake syrup is usually made with corn syrup and artificial flavoring, while pure maple syrup has a richer, more natural maple flavor that pairs much better with espresso and white chocolate.
