Ingredients
  

Strawberry Base

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or freeze-dried
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar

Drink

  • ½ cup strawberry base
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp açaí powder
  • ¼ cup cooled green tea optional, for caffeine
  • Fresh or freeze-dried strawberries for garnish
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine water, strawberries, and sugar.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool completely.
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Add strawberry base, white grape juice, and optional green tea.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Add açaí powder if using and mix again.
  • Garnish with strawberries and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Freeze-dried strawberries give a stronger, more authentic flavor.
  • White grape juice works best for that Starbucks-style base.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more water or reducing sugar.
  • Coconut milk can be added for a Pink Drink variation.
  • Store strawberry base in the fridge for up to 3 days.
