Strawberry Base
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup strawberries fresh or freeze-dried
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
Drink
- ½ cup strawberry base
- 1 cup white grape juice
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp açaí powder
- ¼ cup cooled green tea optional, for caffeine
- Fresh or freeze-dried strawberries for garnish
- ice
In a small saucepan, combine water, strawberries, and sugar.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool completely.
Fill a glass with ice.
Add strawberry base, white grape juice, and optional green tea.
Stir well to combine.
Add açaí powder if using and mix again.
Garnish with strawberries and serve immediately.
- Freeze-dried strawberries give a stronger, more authentic flavor.
