- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp 2% or whole milk
- 1-2 tsp caramel syrup or caramel sauce
- Pinch of sea salt (about ¼ tsp)
- 1-2 drops vanila extract optional
- extra caramel for drizzling optional
In a small cup or frothing container, combine the heavy cream, milk, caramel syrup, salt, and optional vanilla.
Froth using a handheld frother, French press, or blender until the mixture thickens into a creamy foam.
Pour the cold foam slowly over iced coffee, cold brew, or iced espresso.
Top with extra caramel drizzle if desired.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less caramel.
- If using homemade caramel sauce, make sure it’s thin enough to blend smoothly.
- For a dairy-free version, try using oat milk and coconut cream, but expect a looser foam.
- Best served fresh, but can be made ahead and stored for a few hours in the fridge.
