- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 tbsp Nutella
- ice for the iced version
Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Whisk using a hand whisk or mixer until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
Add the Nutella to the milk and stir or froth until fully dissolved. You can heat the milk to help Nutella dissolve faster.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in milk and Nutella mixture (or heat milk for a hot version).
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk and Nutella.
Stir before drinking to combine all the flavors.
- Use instant coffee only for the proper whipped texture.
- Warm the Nutella slightly if it’s too thick to mix.
