Nutella Cold Foam

Nutella cold foam is a creamy, airy cold foam made with Nutella, milk, and heavy cream that adds a smooth chocolate-hazelnut layer to iced coffee.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Nutella up to 1½ tbsp for stronger flavor
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the Nutella and 1 tablespoon of the milk to a small bowl or frothing cup.
  • Stir until smooth. If needed, warm the mixture for just a few seconds to help the Nutella dissolve.
  • Add the remaining 1 tablespoon milk and the heavy cream.
  • Froth for 20–30 seconds, or until thick, creamy, and still pourable.
  • Pour over iced coffee, cold brew, or an iced latte and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Whole milk gives the best texture.
  • Adjust sweetness in the coffee base if needed.
  • Re-froth if storing before use.
