Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • whipped cream for topping
  • cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 ounces of espresso or strong coffee.
  • In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon until hot but not boiling. Froth the mixture until foamy.
  • Pour the espresso into a large mug, followed by the frothy milk mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional cinnamon if desired.
