Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Brew two shots of espresso.
  • In a small glass, combine honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Pour the hot espresso over the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Let the espresso cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Fill a tall serving glass with ice.
  • Pour the cold milk over the ice.
  • Slowly pour in the espresso mixture.
  • Stir until everything is fully combined.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired.
  • Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of cinnamon.
