Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce or caramel syrup
  • tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • whipped cream optional topping
  • extra caramel drizzle optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew two shots of espresso.
  • Add caramel sauce or caramel syrup and sea salt to a small cup or measuring cup.
  • Pour the hot espresso over the caramel mixture.
  • Stir to combine everything.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour the milk over the ice.
  • Slowly pour the salted caramel espresso mixture into the glass.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Top with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle or salted caramel cold foam if desired.
