This iced raspberry latte is fruity, smooth, and super easy to make at home. It combines sweet raspberry syrup, creamy milk, and bold espresso for a refreshing summer twist on your usual latte. Perfect over ice with a swirl of whipped cream if you’re feeling fancy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1.5 to 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
  • Ice
  • whipped cream, fresh raspberries optional, for decoration

For Homemade Raspberry Syrup if Making Your Own

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Make raspberry syrup (optional): Combine raspberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and let cool.
  • Pull two shots of espresso and let cool slightly.
  • In a glass, add raspberry syrup. Fill with ice.
  • Pour in 3/4 cup milk of your choice.
  • Pour espresso on top. Stir gently.
  • Taste and adjust: Add more syrup if needed. Top with whipped cream if desired.
