- 2 shots espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1.5 to 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
- Ice
- whipped cream, fresh raspberries optional, for decoration
For Homemade Raspberry Syrup if Making Your Own
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Make raspberry syrup (optional): Combine raspberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and let cool.
Pull two shots of espresso and let cool slightly.
In a glass, add raspberry syrup. Fill with ice.
Pour in 3/4 cup milk of your choice.
Pour espresso on top. Stir gently.
Taste and adjust: Add more syrup if needed. Top with whipped cream if desired.
