- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup whole milk
- ice
Optional Toppings
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

Brew two shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
Add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and about ¼ cup of the milk to a tall cup. Froth until smooth. Alternatively, blend the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and the full amount of milk until smooth. Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the ice.
Add the espresso and stir until well combined.
Top with pumpkin cream cold foam or whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
- Use plain pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Whole milk creates the creamiest texture, but any milk works well.
- Adjust the maple syrup to make the drink sweeter if desired.
- A handheld milk frother creates a smooth texture without needing a blender.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use three shots of espresso.
- Top with pumpkin cold foam instead of whipped cream for another delicious variation.
