Iced Caramel Macchiato
Iced caramel macchiato is a creamy, layered espresso drink that’s both refreshing and sweet. It’s made with cold milk, rich espresso poured over the top, and finished with a generous drizzle of caramel. You get that strong coffee kick with smooth vanilla flavor and just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more.
Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso or you can use 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1-2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Optional: Drizzle caramel sauce across the glass for a cafe-style look.
- Add vanilla syrup to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with espresso of strong brewed coffee.
- Optional: Add whipped cream on top for a more indulgent drink.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.

- To make homemade vanilla syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water, simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in vanilla extract.
- For a richer drink, use whole milk or oat milk.
- For a stronger flavor, use espresso ice cubes.
