This homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte is rich, creamy, and full of cozy fall flavors. Made with real pumpkin puree, warm pumpkin pie spice, espresso, and creamy milk, it's an easy Starbucks copycat drink you can make in just 10 minutes.

- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- whipped cream for topping
- Extra pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, for garnish
Brew the espresso or strong coffee and set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
Heat over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until smooth and steaming. Do not boil.
Froth the milk with a handheld frother if desired.
Pour the espresso into a mug.
Slowly pour the pumpkin milk mixture over the espresso.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and serve immediately.
- Use plain pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
