Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 1–1½ tsp honey to taste
  • 2 oz hot water about 175°F / 80°C
  • 6 oz milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • Sift matcha powder into your cup to remove clumps.
  • Add hot water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until frothy and smooth.
  • Warm your milk in a small saucepan or microwave until hot but not boiling.
  • Froth the milk if you want milk foam on top of your drink.
  • Stir the honey into the milk until it fully dissolves.
  • Pour milk over the whisked matcha and stir gently if needed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your cozy honey matcha latte.
