- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp honey
Pour the cold heavy cream and milk into a tall glass or small frothing pitcher.
Add the honey. If the honey is very thick, gently loosen it beforehand and let it cool.
Using a handheld milk frother, froth the mixture for 20–40 seconds, until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.
Fill a serving glass with ice and your favorite cold coffee or iced latte.
Slowly pour the freshly prepared honey cold foam over the coffee. Serve immediately.
-
Use cold ingredients for the best foam texture.
-
For less sweetness, reduce the honey to 1–2 teaspoons.
-
Avoid over-frothing, or the mixture may become too thick.

Calories are estimated for the cold foam only, using 2% milk, and exclude the coffee underneath.
