- ¾ cup milk
- 1-2 tsps honey
- 1-2 tsps brown sugar
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Drop of vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp butter extract optional, for a stronger bakery flavor

Add honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter extract if using, to a mug.
Pour hot espresso over the mixture and stir until dissolved.
For a hot latte, heat and froth the milk. For an iced latte, fill a glass with ice and use cold milk.
Pour milk into the espresso mixture and stir gently.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar if desired.
