- 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp cookie butter I used Biscoff spread
- ¾ cup milk I used whole milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
Brew one shot of espresso or ¼ cup strong coffee.
Add the cookie butter to the hot espresso and whisk until completely melted.
Stir in the vanilla extract if using.
Add ice and cookie butter mixture to a tall glass.
Pour the milk slowly into the cookie butter espresso mixture while stirring.
Add optional toppings such as crushed Biscoff cookies or Biscoff fold foam.
