Cookie Butter Cold Brew Dunkin' Copycat
This coffee is a creamy cookie butter cold brew inspired by the Dunkin seasonal drink. Smooth cold brew coffee is mixed with cookie butter and topped with a rich cookie butter cold foam for a café-style iced coffee you can make at home.

Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1-2 tsp cookie butter spread
- 1 tsp brown sugar syrup
- ice
Cookie Butter Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cookie butter spread I used Biscoff
- ½ tsp vanilla syrup
Optional Topping
- Crushed speculoos cookies
Fill a tall glass about three-quarters full with ice.
Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee over the ice.
In a small bowl, mix the cookie butter with one tablespoon of coffee until smooth.
Stir the cookie butter mixture into the cold brew.
Add brown sugar syrup and stir well. In a frother or small blender, combine heavy cream, milk, cookie butter, and vanilla syrup.
Froth for 15–20 seconds until thick and creamy.
Slowly pour the cookie butter cold foam over the coffee.
Sprinkle crushed cookies on top if desired and serve immediately
- Warm the cookie butter slightly if it is too thick to mix.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup.
- Oat milk works well for a dairy-free version.
