Coconut Iced Coffee

A refreshing and tropical twist on traditional iced coffee, prfecet for hot days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream
  • ice cubes made of coffee or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener optional
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla extract optional
  • shredded coconut for garnish optional
  • coffee liqueur optional
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Start with brewing a strong cup of coffee. Allow it to cool to room temperature. You can place the coffee in the fridge to speed up the process.
  • Pour brewed coffee or coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled coffee, and coconut milk or cream. Sweeten to taste and add vanilla extract.
  • Mix well, or blend if you want a smooth texture. Garnish with shredded coconut or whipped cream.
