- ½ cup chai concentrate
- ½ cup milk 2%, whole, oat, or almond
- ice for an iced chai latte
- 1-2 tsp sweetener optional
- cinnamon or whipped cream for topping optional
Hot Chai Latte
Pour chai concentrate into a small saucepan. Heat over medium until warm (do not boil).
Add milk and stir to combine.
Heat until hot and steaming.
Remove from heat and froth if desired.
Pour into a mug and add foam on top.
Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Iced Chai Latte
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour ½ cup chai concentrate over the ice. Add ½ cup cold milk.
Stir well until combined.
Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Serve immediately.
