This carrot cake latte combines espresso, warm spices, and brown sugar with a homemade carrot syrup that tastes like carrot cake in drink form. Top it with cream cheese cold foam for a frosting-inspired finish that makes the latte even better

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
  • ¾ cup milk Oat milk works great with spices in the syrup, but you can use your preferred milk.
  • 2-3 tbsp carrot cake syrup
  • ice if making an iced latte

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1–2 shots of espresso.
  • Add 2–3 tablespoons of carrot cake syrup to the espresso.
  • Heat and froth the milk if making a hot latte.
  • Pour the milk into the espresso mixture and stir gently.
  • Add foam on top or finish with cream cheese cold foam.
  • For an iced version, pour the syrup, espresso, and milk over ice.

  • Adjust syrup depending on how sweet you like your latte.
  • Oat milk works especially well with the carrot cake spices.
