Frappuccino

  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • cups ice
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum optional

Layering

  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • whipped cream

Topping

  • whipped cream
  • caramel sauce
  • crushed toffee bits

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and chill completely.
  • Add chilled coffee, milk, ice, caramel sauce, sugar, vanilla, and xanthan gum to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce inside a tall glass.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream and more caramel sauce.
  • Pour the blended Frappuccino into the glass.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with crushed toffee bits and serve immediately.

  • Use frozen coffee cubes for an even thicker texture.
  • Oat milk works well as a dairy-free substitute.
