Blueberry Syrup
This homemade blueberry syrup is sweet, fruity, and packed with real blueberry flavor. Use it in lattes, cold foam, iced coffee, lemonade, tea, pancakes, and more.

- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Add blueberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan.
Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Bring to a gentle simmer.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lightly mash some of the berries with the back of a spoon.
Remove from heat.
Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or measuring cup.
Press gently on the berries to extract additional liquid.
Allow the syrup to cool completely.
Transfer to a clean jar or bottle.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
