Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ripe banana mashed smooth
  • cup whole cold milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • A few drops vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana until completely smooth.
  • Add milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla (if using) to the banana.
  • Froth with a strong handheld frother for 20–30 seconds until thick and creamy.
