Ingredients
  

  • ½ to 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 shots espresso ½ cup strong coffee
  • 1-2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinammon
  • pinch of nutmeg optional

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana until smooth.
  • Pour milk in a cup.
  • Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Add mashed banana to the milk and whisk well, or blend until smooth.
  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Add ice into a cup and pour the banana and milk mixture.
  • Pour espresso on top.
  • Stir gently and serve.
  • Optional: Make banana cold foam and pour on top.
