- 1-2 tsp banana bread or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp cinammon
- pinch of nutmeg optional
Mash the banana until smooth.
Pour milk in a cup.
Stir in banana bread syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add mashed banana to the milk and whisk well, or blend until smooth.
Brew espresso or strong coffee.
Add ice into a cup and pour the banana and milk mixture.
Pour espresso on top.
Stir gently and serve.
