15. Matcha Coconut Frappé

Matcha coconut frappe feels like a vacation in a glass.
It’s creamy, icy, and sweet, but still gives that calm energy that matcha is known for. I make this when I want something refreshing that tastes like dessert but doesn’t leave me feeling heavy.
The coconut adds a natural sweetness, and blending everything turns it into a light, icy treat.
Sometimes I top it with a drizzle of coconut cream—it makes the whole thing feel extra fancy.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp honey or syrup
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and top with extra coconut cream if you want. Adjust sweetness as needed. For a fun twist, add toasted coconut flakes on top before serving.
16. Matcha Hot Chocolate

This matcha hot chocolate is my cozy weather favorite. It’s creamy, comforting, and has just enough caffeine to lift my mood without that coffee crash.

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powde
- 2 tbsp hot wate
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powde
- 1 tbsp sugar or maple syru
- 1 cup milk of choic

Instructions:
Sift matcha and cocoa powder into a mug. Add hot water and whisk until smooth. Heat the milk until warm but not boiling, then stir in sugar or syrup. Pour the milk into the mug and whisk again until everything blends evenly. Top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa.
17. Matcha Affogato

This matcha affogato is such a fun way to enjoy matcha as a dessert. It’s creamy vanilla ice cream “drowned” in frothy matcha shot that brings together rich sweetness and earthy clarity.
I love scooping generous ice cream into a cup and pouring the hot matcha on top so it melts just enough to swirl into creamy green pools.
The contrast of hot and cold, creamy and slightly bitter, feels indulgent but balanced. It’s a simple treat whenever I want something sweet and caffeinated in one.
